The Himalayan Healing & Heritage Experience

Key Highlights
Pottery Class
You learn the traditional pottery craft from the Bhaktapur and Thimi regions, where working with clay serves as both art and therapy that connects you to the earth element. This hands-on activity helps you feel the connection between your mind and the natural world as the clay takes shape under your guidance. During your stay, you visit the resort's pottery center and try this healing craft with help from the skilled master who teaches you techniques passed down through generations.

Hot Stone Therapy
You experience a unique healing treatment that combines warm stones with Buddhist prayers to create natural balance in your body. The sacred stones come from Nepal's holy Kali Gandaki River and are heated before being placed on specific points of your body to release muscle tension and remove stress. Each stone has Buddhist prayers carved into it that are chosen specifically for different energy centers, making this a deeply spiritual healing experience that uses the natural power of Himalayan stones.

Hiking and Nature Walks
You explore the resort's beautiful location in Dhulikhel's hills across 25 acres that offer easy hiking trails through the scenic Himalayan foothills filled with local plants and wildlife. You discover walking paths through the Newland organic farm where you can see many different vegetables, fruits, and healing herbs while learning from the farm supervisor about traditional growing methods. This area is perfect for watching birds and butterflies, giving you a chance to see the natural wildlife that lives in the Himalayan region.

Art and Painting Session
You join peaceful painting classes at the Art Studio where you can work with watercolors, acrylic paints, or simple pencil drawings, whether you have art experience or not. You let your creativity flow as you fill paper with colors, or choose from traditional mandala and chakra designs for a meditative coloring experience that helps calm your mind. The resort's art teacher provides all materials and gives you personal guidance to help you create meaningful artwork during your stay.

Meditation Maze
You enter the sacred meditation maze that is surrounded by 84 stone pillars representing spiritual energy, with the best experience happening at sunrise when the healing power is strongest. You walk barefoot on the special grass that is known for its positive energy in Nepali ceremonies, while the morning dew helps transfer the earth's healing power directly to your body. Morning meditation in this space helps improve your focus, strengthen your heart and lungs, relax your body, and reduce mental tiredness through this powerful spiritual practice.
