More about this escape
Your wellness journey starts each morning in a sacred maze surrounded by 84 stone pillars, where you walk barefoot on blessed grass as the sunrise fills you with natural energy. The Dwarika's Resort creates an authentic Nepalese experience with traditional architecture and handcrafted details throughout the property.
Next, you learn pottery from skilled craftsmen who teach you how shaping clay with your hands can calm your mind and connect you to the earth. The resort offers unique healing treatments using warm stones from Nepal's holy rivers, with each stone carrying ancient Buddhist prayers that send good energy to different parts of your body.
You explore 25 acres of organic gardens where you pick fresh herbs and vegetables that become your meals, prepared using old recipes that turn food into natural medicine. During art classes, you paint mandalas and other peaceful designs. This creative time helps you express yourself and feel more relaxed. All these activities show you how people in Nepal have lived peacefully with nature for many years.

Sanctuary Resort is set on the western edge of Chitwan National Park in southern Nepal, right along the banks of the Narayani River in the lush region of Amaltari. The buildings are made from local stone and timber, so the resort feels like it grew out of the land rather than being built on top of it. From open-jeep safaris through rhino country to quiet evenings spent with the Tharu community, every part of a stay here is shaped by the wild surroundings.

Padmaa Boutique Hotel sits inside a restored haveli in Jaipur's historic walled city that has been home to the Shah family for seven generations. Guests experience life in the old city through cultural workshops, walks past artisan workshops, rooftop dining with live music, and spa treatments based on traditional healing methods. The stay celebrates Rajasthani heritage through family stories, home-cooked vegetarian meals, and hands-on activities in a setting where history meets comfort.

Dorje’s Resort & Spa sits on a peaceful hillside overlooking Phewa Lake in Pokhara, Nepal. This wellness retreat combines traditional healing practices, organic farm-fresh meals, and daily yoga with views of the Annapurna mountain range stretching across the horizon. Dorje runs the property himself and has been working in hotels for thirty years. The pools get busy when families are swimming, while the spa stays full of people who need to work out soreness from hiking. You’re not required to follow any set schedule here, so some days you might do several activities and other days you might barely leave your room.
