Exposha does not sell or book travel services, nor does it act as a tour operator or travel agent. All travel arrangements and payments are handled directly between you and the third-party supplier, hotel, or experience provider.

All itineraries, sample journeys, and product descriptions on this site are for inspiration only.
When a product page indicates “sample itinerary” or “customizable itinerary”, it means:
The itinerary can be tailored in collaboration with the supplier
Final arrangements (dates, pricing, services) are agreed with the supplier directly
Exposha is not responsible for the performance or delivery of travel services
4. Usage & Enquiries
If you submit an enquiry, we may share your preferences (travel dates, party size, interests) with the relevant supplier to help them prepare a tailored proposal. We do not book or confirm travel on your behalf.
5. Payments
Exposha does not collect or process payments for travel services. All payments are made directly between you and the supplier. You acknowledge that Exposha has no control over the payment, pricing, cancellation, or refund processes of the supplier.
6. Cancellation & Changes
Any cancellation, change request, refund, or modification related to travel services must be handled directly with the supplier. Exposha is not responsible for changes or cancellations by the supplier.
7. Liability & Disclaimers
Exposha provides content and information “as is”. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of travel descriptions. Exposha is not responsible for:
Supplier performance
Travel disruptions
Errors in itinerary descriptions
Third-party services once booked
You should verify all travel requirements (passports, visas, local regulations) independently.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Exposha site is owned or licensed by Exposha. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercialize any part of this site without permission.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and any disputes will be resolved under that jurisdiction.

Reservations
All bookings are subject to availability.
You must provide accurate details (e.g., passport info for international trips). Incorrect data may result in additional fees or canceled bookings.

Health & Safety

Conduct

Damage to accommodations/transport may result in fines.

By sharing media (e.g., trip photos), you grant us royalty-free use for marketing (opt-out available).
