Key Highlights

Bungee & Swing Adventures

The world’s second-highest bungee jump drops 228 meters into the Kaligandaki Gorge, ending with a controlled bounce back toward the bridge. The canyon swing comes next, using flexible ropes that launch you across the gorge in a wide arc during an 8-second drop. You can also try the tandem swing with a partner, where you both launch together and share the entire experience. Jumps like these sit at the top end of what our Adrenaline Adventures trips cover.

Sky Cafe Experience

The Sky Café sits 255 meters above the gorge, held up by steel cables. It’s one of the highest dining spots anywhere in the world. While you eat, you can watch cyclists pedal past on the sky cycle and see jumpers drop from the bridge as the valley stretches out below. The location alone makes any meal feel unforgettable.

Sky Cycle

This sky cycle hangs 255 meters above the Kaligandaki River and runs 600 meters round trip. You control your own pace on steel cables with the Himalayas all around and nothing but air below your feet. Most people feel nervous at first, but once you settle into a rhythm, you start focusing more on the mountain scenery than the height.

Additional Adventures

A 12-meter climbing wall tests your strength and planning as you work out the best route up. The Giant Ping is a smaller swing at a lower height, great for families or for building up your confidence. The Crazy Bridge lives up to its name as you try to keep your balance on wooden planks strung across steel wire. For something nearby, our Peaceful Mountain Stay at Dhampus at Nana Mountain Resort sits about an hour from Pokhara, too, with sunrise yoga and village walks instead of cliffside drops.

Good to Know

Weight and Age Limits Apply

Bungee and swing require participants to weigh between 40kg and 150kg for safety reasons. Minimum age is 12 years old with parental consent, and maximum age is typically 65, depending on fitness level.

Book Jump Times Early

Schedule your bungee or swing for Day 2 instead of your departure day. Weather cancellations are common, so having extra days gives you backup options if your first slot gets postponed.

Wear Comfortable Clothing

Tight jeans and loose clothing create problems during jumps. Wear fitted athletic pants or shorts with secure pockets since loose items can fall during free-fall.

Limited Phone Signal

Cell service works inconsistently at The Cliff location. WiFi is available in cottages and common areas, but plan ahead if you need reliable communication with people outside the resort.

The pools get busy when families are swimming, while the spa stays full of people who need to work out soreness from hiking. You’re not required to follow any set schedule here, so some days you might do several activities and other days you might barely leave your room.
